HISTORY Kristi’s Games is lovingly named after Kristi Schultz Broughton who was an enthusiastic supporter of Lutheran High School and served as the cheerleading coach from 1997 to 2001. Kristi had the vision for a Southside community festival, but was tragically killed by a drunk driver in 2001 before her vision was complete. In 2002, Kristi’s family and school administration came together to plan the first Kristi’s Games – The Lutheran FamJam. The annual event has grown each year and the proceeds from the event benefit the LHS athletic program – which is privately funded. Kristi’s Games is fun for the whole family with activities for every age and interest!
Kristi’s children, Jennifer (2001), Jessica (2003) & Jared (2008), are graduates of Lutheran High School.
