Re-Enrollment is Open

All Returning students need to re-enroll.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Log in to the link below using your Username and Password. You may need to turn off pop-up blockers. I have found it works best in Chrome. 
  2. If you've forgotten your password, you can use the link on that page to reset it. Please note that the password is case-sensitive.
  3. Once you're in your Family Portal account, go to the link on the left of the screen labeled, "Apply/Enroll." If you are using your phone, click the 3-lines on the upper corner of the screen.
  4. This will open a new tab or window (be sure pop-up blockers are off) and you will see your child's name with a "Start Enrollment Packet" link.  (If you have more than one child at LHS, you will see one for each child.)
  5. Follow the instructions given throughout the Re-Enollment form. This process should take about 15–20 minutes. 
  6. Please Note: You should ensure that your address & phone numbers are correct. Also, PLEASE ensure that you have Emergency Contacts (other than parents) listed. Most fields will be pre-populated with our current information. If it's incorrect, please update it here!
  7. When you submit your Enrollment form, you will be charged the Enrollment Fee listed below that can be paid online using your FACTS account.

January 1 – 31 | $110
February 1 and later | $220
