This “To Do” list is intended for all students who have had their enrollment meeting with Director of Admissions, Deidre Barnett. If you have not had this meeting yet, please contact her directly. CLICK HERE.
___ Complete Online Enrollment
___ If applicable, complete Financial Aid request. (You will need to search for “Lutheran HS of Indianapolis”)
___ Complete the Choice Scholarship (Voucher) application
___ Submit student's immunization records to the school office (before start of school)
___ Freshmen Course Selection Night | April 8, 6:30pm in the Commons
___ Transfer students (grades 10–12) should contact Mrs. Amberger to choose classes.
___ Confirm & communicate if you plan to purchase or lease your MacBook. A decision will need to be made by June 12, 2026. If you purchase a MacBook (recommended), have it in-hand by the end of July.
___ Sign up for your EventLink account. This is where all the calendars and alerts will come from. It is imperative that all families and students sign up for this free account. (You will need to search for "Indianapolis Lutheran" when you search for our school.)

- WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8 – Freshmen Course Selection Night! | All freshmen who are enrolled by April 8th should plan to attend this event. You will be given an academic summary and will work with our Guidance Counselor and Head of School to choose classes for the 2026-2027 school year. The event begins at 6:30 pm and will end with ice cream around 8:00 pm. Note: Current students will be available to answer questions about classes and an explanation of the new Graduation Pathway will be given.
- JUNE (Date TBA) — Game Show Battle Rooms for the Class of 2030! Located at 5753 E. 86th St. More details to come soon.
- MORATORIUM WEEK – June 28–July 5, 2026. No practices of any type will be allowed during this time.
- TUESDAY, JULY 21 — Saints Sign-Up Day | All students are required to attend. This is when students receive their schedules for classes, Student IDs, lockers, and can purchase new & used Saints-Wear. This process usually takes approx. 1 hour. Hours available: 11 am — 7:00 pm.
- SUNDAY, AUGUST 2 — Freshman Luau | The Class of 2030 and families will meet in the back of the building in the Outdoor Commons for dinner, fun, and fellowship. All families are encouraged to attend! Registration is coming later this summer. Start time 7:00pm near the Athletic field.
- TUESDAY, AUGUST 4 — New Student Orientation | All new students should report to school (the Commons) between 8:00am– 8:45am. If you have your MacBook, you should bring it with you. If you are leasing it, you will receive it at that time. Lunch will be provided that day.
- WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5 – First day of classes for all students! Classes begin at 9:00am. Here we go!!!
