PRESENTING SEASON SPONSORSHIP - $3,000 per season 

 

  • Right of first refusal for following year presenting season sponsorship
  • 4 Preferred, Reserved tickets to each performance of each production of the season
  • Opportunity to purchase additional tickets before general public
  • Corporate logo/acknowledgment on all season and show promotion materials
  • Full Page Advertisement in each playbill
  • Custom ad/message projected on screen before show and during intermission
  • Acknowledgment during pre-show announcements

  • Invitation to End of Year Awards Banquet
  • Picture with the cast (if desired)

MAROON SHOW SPONSORSHIP - $500 (per show)

  • 2 preferred, reserved tickets to one performance

  • Acknowledgment during pre-show announcements

BECOME A THEATRE PATRON 

Intended for individual or family patronage, theatre patrons are recognized in the playbill for the entire season, according to their level of patronage. Patrons may be listed by name (Mr. and Mrs. John Smith), or in honor of an individual or achievement (Jane Doe's 2022 Graduation; in Memory of John Smith, etc) 

Director's Circle: $250+ 
Patron of the Arts: $101-$249 
Friend of the Theatre: $100+ 

The deadline for sponsorship acknowledgment to be included in the fall play program is September 15, 2024. Artwork and payment must be received by that time. 

Dr. Robert L. Tobey Endowment for Theatre~Provide Support for the Future of Saints on Stage! 

This endowment fund has been established by the Tobey family and other generous supporters of Saints on Stage. Annual income from the fund is used to benefit the Theatre Program at the direction of program and school leadership. If you would like to contribute to this fund, please click the "Give Now" link at the top of this page and indicate the Endowment for Theatre in the memo. Any questions about the fund may be directed to Director of Development and Alumni Relations, Kathy Anderson, kanderson@lhsi.org. 

Robert L. Tobey was a US Marine veteran, minister, and Christian Counselor. He was instrumental in establishing Calvary Baptist Church in its current location. He passed away in 2012 and his family established this endowment fund to honor him and to champion the performing arts at Lutheran High School.

The deadline for  sponsorship acknowledgment to be included in the program is one month prior to opening night. Artwork and payment must be submitted by that time.
